The Muskrat is a philosopher who reads dark, philosophical books and shares his pessimistic views with others. The Muskrat likes to spend time in the Moomin family’s hammock, reading his favourite book. The worst thing he knows is to lose his dignity, which unfortunately happens all too often in the Moominhouse.
